With nearly three decades of experience in the consulting and IT space, Mike Pugh brings an impressive background of leadership, strategy, and transformation expertise to his role as Chief Operating Officer at Main Street Technical Services. Based in Powell, Ohio, Mike joined Main Street to help lead operational excellence across the company’s core service lines, including database services, enterprise applications, data & analytics, and cloud hosting.

Mike Pugh: A Veteran Leader with a Passion for Operational Excellence

Mike’s career spans 29 years across leading consulting firms and Fortune 500 companies. He has held roles at Computer Sciences Corporation, Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, HMB, and Centric Consulting. In addition to his consulting experience, Mike served as a Portfolio Manager at Cardinal Health - an experience that shaped his sharp understanding of both the business and technology sides of operations. Prior to joining Main Street, for 10 years, he also operated independently as Mike Pugh LLC, delivering advisory and program management services to top organizations.

As COO, Mike Pugh leads Main Street’s delivery and operational strategy, ensuring client outcomes are met with precision and care. His expertise lies in program and financial management, helping align operational planning with big-picture business goals. He also excels in large-scale transformation, bringing together people, processes, and technology to build high-performing teams and successful outcomes.

Outside of work, Mike enjoys balancing adventure and relaxation. He’s an avid golfer, hiker, and cyclist and loves to travel whenever possible. A proud Notre Dame football fan, he closely follows his alumni college sports team and enjoys getting outdoors as often as possible.
