Since joining Main Street in May 2024, Moe has brought a strategic, client-first mindset to some of our most complex data migration and infrastructure projects, delivering measurable results from day one.
Meet Moe Oro: A Data-Driven Problem Solver with a Passion for Performance
Before joining Main Street, Moe Oro built a versatile career spanning multiple industries, including aviation logistics, marine manufacturing, healthcare, and marketing technology. With roots in application development and a long-standing focus on data, he offers a unique advantage: he understands both how applications are built and how databases should perform to support them.
“I came to Main Street through a friend who saw a need for my skillset,” Moe shared. “The culture of collaboration and technical excellence was immediately clear, and I knew I wanted to be part of it.”
In just a few short months, Moe has made a significant impact. One of his recent projects involved the overnight migration of 40+ production databases totaling over 20TB, while simultaneously supporting the deployment of 1,000+ SSIS packages across three application teams. For one highly regulated client, he engineered a critical set of automated ETL processes, ensuring secure data transfers with full compliance and minimal downtime.
Using a custom-built SSIS package with queue-based restore logic, Moe enabled the seamless rebuild of entire systems in under 3 hours. His work removed manual touchpoints, reduced risk, and significantly shortened recovery timelines.
